From our location in Edewecht, Lower Saxony, 70 team members look after more than 35 brands. From here we supply more than 3,500 specialist dealers throughout Europe – with our products, our know-how and our passion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expansion and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as (co-) development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies
  • Preparation of offers
  • Collaboration in market observation and market analysis
  • Budget responsibility (turnover, market penetration, taking necessary corrective measures)
  • Independent handling of all sales-related processes (product and solution presentations, contract negotiations and drafting, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

  • You already have several years of sales experience, preferably in the bicycle industry
  • You are a sales talent and enjoy dealing with customers
  • You have a very good command of German and English; additional language skills in a European language are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
  • An independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package

  • Fluent in English and Danish, knowledge of German would be a plus    
  • Experienced in sales, ideally in the Danish bike business    
  • A basic knowledge in bike technology     
  • Good skills in Microsoft  Office (Outlook, Excel)     
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team    
  • Broad interest in bike  topics related to Road/Mountain/Gravelbike and/or BMX

Responsabilitățile dumneavoastră

  • Conduceți vânzările cu clienții existenți
  • Achiziționarea de noi clienți și stabilirea unei relații de încredere
  • Dezvoltarea notorietății mărcii în magazine
  • Organizați și desfășurați evenimente ocazionale pentru dealeri/consumatori (împreună cu echipa noastră de evenimente)
  • Vizitarea clienților B2B 3-4 zile pe săptămână

Competențe și calificări

  • Antreprenor autodepășit și entuziast, cu capacitatea de a se organiza singur (cu ajutorul echipei de vânzări interne)
  • Cunoașterea fluentă a limbii engleze. Cunoașterea limbii germane ar fi un plus
  • Experiență în vânzări, ideal în domeniul bicicletelor din România
  • Cunoștințe de bază în tehnologia bicicletelor
  • Bune abilități în Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Abilități puternice de comunicare, atitudine pozitivă, dorința de a învăța și plăcerea de a lucra într-o echipă internațională
  • Interes larg pentru subiecte legate de biciclete legate de Road/Mountain/Gravelbike și/sau BMX

As a distributor, we focus on markets and brands. In addition to supplying goods and providing advice, we also offer our dealers brand-specific service, support and training courses, and we also carry out marketing activities and present our brands at trade fairs. Our large IT department keeps our processes lean and our trading and order tools up to date. Our own warehouse with an area of over 5,000 m² houses tens of thousands of items – from brake pads to complete bikes. Together with our purchasing control system, this guarantees our excellent delivery capabilities.
